Anna has been part of the CVL team for seven years, and in that time, she has become someone residents and coworkers depend on. As a nurse, she provides care to residents each day with attention, compassion, and a genuine care for the people around her.
When asked what she likes most about her job, Anna said she loves being able to make a positive difference in residents’ daily lives and getting the chance to know them personally. That says a lot about the kind of care Country View Living believes in. Good care includes treating residents with dignity, building trust, and making sure residents feel known, cared for, and at home.
Anna is known for being attentive and for communicating well with both residents and fellow employees. Her positive attitude and steady presence make a real difference in the building every day.
Her dedication has also been recognized by leadership. As Sally Castillo, RN, Director of Nursing at Country View Living, shared:
“I have had the privilege of working with Anna for over 20 years and have watched her grow into the nurse she is today. She truly loves and cares for the residents, always treating them like family.”
