At Country View Living, part of Castro County Healthcare, a safe, clean, and welcoming environment is an important part of the resident experience. Jazsiry Rodriguez, part of our Housekeeping team, reflects that commitment through her dependability, teamwork, and willingness to support those around her.
Jazsiry has been with Country View Living since February 2020. She is one of the team members who helped carry the facility through the difficult time during COVID, continuing to serve residents and support the team during an especially challenging period in healthcare.
In her role, Jazsiry is always willing to lend a helping hand wherever needed. She supports the housekeeping department, helps train new employees, and has worked her way up from housekeeper to assistant housekeeper in a short amount of time. That growth reflects her strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to doing her job well.
“Jazsiry lives by the philosophy, ‘Always be nice because you do not know what people are going through,’” said Country View Living Housekeeping Department Manager Benny Navarro.
While housekeeping often happens behind the scenes, it plays an essential role in helping residents feel comfortable, families feel confident, and staff provide care in a well-supported environment.
