Desarae Lopez, Medication Aide & Transportation Aide, is a strong example of that commitment.
Desarae joined Country View Living as a Certified Nurse Aide and worked hard to complete the Medication Aide course. She quickly mastered her medication pass responsibilities and continues to grow in her role.
In addition to her work as a Medication Aide, Desarae helps with resident transportation and readily steps in wherever she is needed, including working night shifts as a Certified Nurse Aide.
She also hopes to continue her education and pursue a nursing degree in the future.
