Castro County Healthcare has launched a new Pulmonary Rehabilitation program, expanding local rehabilitation services for patients living with chronic or ongoing breathing challenges. The medical service supports patients with conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), emphysema, chronic bronchitis, asthma, long COVID, pulmonary fibrosis, post-pneumonia recovery, and shortness of breath after hospitalization.
