At Country View Living, part of Castro County Healthcare, compassionate care is provided by team members who bring patience, kindness, and heart to the people they serve. Adileni Garcia, CNA, reflects that spirit in the way she supports residents each day.
Adileni came to Country View Living in December 2025 as a certified nurse aide student. She quickly earned her Nurse Aide Certificate and has since become a valued member of the Country View Living team. In her role, Adileni consistently demonstrates compassionate, loving care and goes above and beyond to help make sure residents receive the support they need.
Known for her positive attitude and bright outlook, Adileni brings warmth into every room she enters. Her presence helps bring smiles to residents, and her kindness helps create the welcoming, supportive environment that residents and families deserve.
Adileni is also pursuing a future career in nursing. While she is still exploring what type of nurse she would like to become, she sees her work as a nurse aide as an important part of that journey. Through each resident interaction and each day of service, she is gaining experience, learning, and continuing to grow.
