Alejandra is a valued part of the dietary team and someone her coworkers rely on every day. She is known for being a wonderful cook, a strong support to the facility’s dietary manager, Sonia Oltivero, and someone who is always willing to step in and help wherever she is needed in the kitchen. She also takes pride in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Her work reflects an important part of life at Country View Living. Good care is not only about what happens in resident rooms. It also shows up in the daily details that help residents feel comfortable, cared for, and at home, such as mealtimes. From preparing meals to supporting the team behind the scenes, Alejandra plays an important role in that experience.
She is also continuing to grow in her career and is currently working on her dietary manager certification, which speaks to her commitment to both her work and the residents she serves.
