At Castro County Healthcare, excellent care depends on team members across every department. From patient care and environmental services to registration and dietary support, each role helps create a safe, welcoming, and supportive experience for patients, residents, families, and staff. Esperanza Blanco, Dietary Flex Cook, reflects that commitment through her hard work, reliability, and service.
Esperanza has been a valued member of the dietary team for nearly two years. She joined Country View Living as a Cook/Aide in October 2024 and later transitioned into a Cook position at Plains Memorial Hospital. In both roles, she has consistently demonstrated an outstanding work ethic, professionalism, and a commitment to doing her job well.
Her work supports two important parts of Castro County Healthcare. At Country View Living, dietary services help create comfort, routine, and a sense of home for residents. At Plains Memorial Hospital, the dietary team supports patients, staff, and daily operations. Esperanza’s willingness to serve where she is needed has made a meaningful impact across both facilities.
“Esperanza’s dedication reflects the pride and teamwork that help Castro County Healthcare serve our patients, residents, and staff each day,” said Elisha Rosier, RN, BSN, CEO of Castro County Healthcare. “We are grateful for the care and professionalism she puts into her work.” Congratulations, Esperanza, on this well-deserved recognition. Thank you for the dedication, hard work, and pride you bring to Country View Living, Plains Memorial Hospital, and Castro County H
