Tania Hernandez, CNA, brings that approach to her work every day.

Tania works full-time on the day shift in the Nursing Department and is known by her coworkers for being calm, compassionate, dependable, and always willing to work hard for both her patients and her team.
For Tania, one of the most rewarding parts of healthcare is getting to know her patients, hearing their stories, and doing the little things that can make their day brighter. Seeing a patient improve, regain strength, or simply leave with a smile reminds her why she chose a career in healthcare.
Tania is also continuing to build toward her future. She is currently attending college and working toward her nursing degree while continuing to work full-time at Plains Memorial Hospital.
